At Abbott Storage Systems our design teams are here to ensure that your warehouse racking installation, dismantle or repair goes as smoothly as possible.

Here at Abbott Storage Systems, we take safety as a priority. Prior to install is the collation of all the documentation of all the safety standards and procedures. Those onsite will note any unsafe conduct or structures. A copy of the report on the unsafe items or conduct goes to the Project Manager. As well as, the remedy action required. Then, action items are set as priorities.

Our installation teams are trained and experienced in the use of the tools and equipment of an installation. All the required licenses for the use Manual Handling Equipment are up to date.

A Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) will be provided on jobs. This is so we can ensure that a high standard of safety is being maintained throughout the installation.

Tools utilised in the installation have all been tagged and tested. The Test and Tag is conducted by a trained individual to the AS/NZS 3760 Standard.

The factors we work to in installing racking is the time frame. We work with you to install your racking and shelving at a convenient time to you and your warehouse. Deadlines are a high priority, as we know your warehouse can't suffer from significant downtime.
