Located in industrial area of Forrestfield, Cargill owns a malting plant. The malt plant in Forrestfield had an additional workshop constructed on the property in early June 2019. This was providing Cargill with a new workshop area.

In order to utilise the most available space of the workshop, Cargill required to have a Raised Storage Area installed. The plan of the fitout of the workshop was with a Structural Raised Storage Area and a Storage System. This was effective in providing extra floor space and as well as maximising the warehouse efficiency.

The completion of the installation of the structural raised storage area was in mid-July 2019. The raised storage area included an up and over pallet gate for the safe transfer of goods between the two levels.
