Thank you for visiting and shopping at Abbott Storage Systems. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
We only ship orders to destinations within Australia.
For any bulky or large items ordered please ensure that there is adequate method to unload.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
We endeavor to supply each order as soon as possible. Orders must be place before a 3pm to be counted as placed during that business day. Allow 24 hours for your order to be processed through our system. You will receive a processing confirmation once the order is in the warehouse for fulfillment.
We will endeavor to fulfill your order from our warehouse within 2-5 working days. If your order is likely to go over this, we will be in contact. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once the items are shipped from our warehouse.
We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
All small order with a total weight under 25kg and less than 100 litres in volume are sent via our Sendle account.
Sendle uses road freight and the orders are picked up from the warehouse located at our Head Office in High Wycombe – Western Australia.
Heavy (over 25kgs) and bulky interstate orders are sent via Sadleirs.
Sadleirs will ship any items from 1kg to 99,999kgs within certain postcodes of ACT, NSW, QLD, SA & VIC.
Sadleirs uses rail, road and air freight and the orders are picked up from the warehouse located at our Head Office in High Wycombe – Western Australia.
Heavy (over 25kgs) and bulky items can be sent via courier to Metro – Western Australia.

Abbott Storage Systems is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
